MOBILITY FOR MEN

WHO WORK HARD

Your job is hard on your body.

Long hours on your feet. Heavy lifting. Repetitive movements. Wearing gear. Sitting in a truck. Climbing, crawling, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting—and doing it all again tomorrow.

Blue Collar Mobility is a practical mobility workshop designed specifically for people whose jobs demand more from their bodies.

Whether you're a firefighter, police officer, EMT, medic, construction worker, contractor, tradesperson, or anyone who works a physically demanding job, this workshop will give you simple tools to help your body move better and feel better.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT TOUCHING YOUR TOES

It's about keeping your body working for you.

In this workshop, we'll focus on:

  • Mobility — improve your usable range of motion

  • Flexibility — open up areas that feel tight and restricted

  • Alignment — identify common positioning and movement patterns that can contribute to discomfort

  • Muscle imbalances — address areas that may be overworked, underused, or compensating

  • Pain points — learn strategies to relieve common areas of tension and discomfort

  • Recovery — give your body the movement it needs after demanding work

  • Body awareness — learn to recognize where and how you're compensating

  • Maintenance — build a simple routine you can actually use at home

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

This isn't a workshop where you stretch for an hour and forget everything when you walk out the door.

You'll learn specific stretches, mobility drills, strengthening exercises, and movement strategies that you can take home and use regularly.

We'll break down:

What to do.
Where to feel it.
Why it matters.
How often to do it.
And how to modify it for your body.

The goal is to give you a toolbox you can keep using long after the workshop ends.

FOR THE BODY THAT DOES THE WORK

Blue Collar Mobility is for people who routinely ask their bodies to:

Lift. Carry. Climb. Crawl. Push. Pull. Reach. Twist. Kneel. Drive. Stand. Repeat.

Your body adapts to the things you ask it to do every day.

That can be a good thing—but repetitive work can also create stiffness, compensation patterns, limited mobility, and areas that always seem to hurt or feel tight.

Let's give your body some different input.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Come as you are.

You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need a fitness background.
You don't need to know anything about mobility.

We'll work through accessible movements and exercises that can be scaled to different bodies, abilities, and experience levels.

Expect to move, stretch, strengthen, learn, and leave with practical things you can actually use.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and come ready to work.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Blue Collar Mobility is built for:

🚒 Firefighters
🚔 Law enforcement
🚑 EMTs & paramedics
🏗️ Construction workers
🔧 Contractors & tradespeople
⚙️ Mechanics & industrial workers
🛠️ Manual laborers
👷 Anyone whose work is physically demanding

If your paycheck depends on your body being able to show up and do the job, this workshop is for you.

MAKE MOBILITY PART OF YOUR MAINTENANCE

You maintain your tools.

You maintain your equipment.

Your body is the tool you take to work every day.

Blue Collar Mobility is a recurring pop-up workshop, so you can come back periodically to work on different areas, reinforce what you've learned, and continue building a body that moves well.

DON'T WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING HURTS.

Give your body a little maintenance before it demands a repair.
