HAMMOCK
(AKA Sling or Fabric)
Aerial Hammock combines acrobatics and dance on a suspended silk fabric, highlighting fluidity and grace. The fabric enables seamless blends of dynamic movements, spins, and wraps, fostering a sense of flow and elegance. This practice develops strength and flexibility while creating visually stunning shapes, and exploring different planes, promoting spatial awareness and three-dimensional movement. Beyond its physical benefits, the Aerial Hammock provides a unique avenue for artistic expression and storytelling through movement.

LYRA
(AKA Aerial Hoop or Cerceau)
Lyra, a captivating circus art, involves acrobatics on a suspended steel hoop, prioritizing strength and flexibility. Maneuvering develops upper body strength, core engagement, and precise control, yielding improved muscle tone, enhanced flexibility, and heightened body awareness. Aerial Lyra routines feature dynamic spins, flips, and intricate poses, fostering creativity. The circular Lyra structure allows for unique transitions and challenging movements, providing a rewarding experience for aerial artists, and enhancing both physicality and artistic expression.

SPLIT SILKS
(AKA Aerial Silks or Tissu)
Split Silks, an aerial acrobatics form, involves performing while suspended from a long piece of silk mounted with steel hardware from the center. Its unique blend of strength, flexibility, and aerial finesse is evident in the climbs, wraps, and maneuvers that develop significant upper-body strength, core stability, and control. The intricate wraps and drops enhance flexibility. The two ends provide creative possibilities for dynamic sequences, spins, and drops. This aerial art challenges both physical strength and mental focus, fostering mindfulness and creative expression.

Deep Core & Pelvic Floor Restorative Yoga Series
This is the workshop your pelvic floor has been waiting for! In this series We'll dive into healthy practices like diaphragmatic breathing techniques, proper posture, nutrition for better bladder health and exercises that will rebuild the multiple layers of connective tissue at your root and core. Learn about your pelvic anatomy, its healthy and dysfunctional behaviors, and build a strong, stable pelvic floor to support organs, improve orgasms, and eliminate urine leakage and urgency. This class is for every woman at every stage of life who is interested in training the pelvic floor for healthy function.

BARRE BOOTCAMP
