Led by our experienced instructors, each 60-minute session will push you to reach new heights and discover the power and grace of aerial yoga. Â
In this exhilarating class, you'll harness the support of soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling to deepen your yoga practice while incorporating dynamic exercises to build strength, endurance, and agility. From inversions and aerial flows to core-strengthening drills and resistance training, you'll engage muscles you never knew you had as you sculpt a leaner, stronger physique. Â
Under the expert guidance of our founder, aerialist and yoga expert, Katelyn, you'll learn proper technique and form to safely execute aerial poses and transitions, ensuring a challenging yet accessible workout for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to aerial fitness, our supportive community and personalized instruction will empower you to push past your limits and achieve your goals. Â
