Under Leah's expert guidance, each 60-minute session unfolds with a blend of dynamic aerial sequences and grounding mindfulness practices. Whether you're new to aerial acrobatics or a seasoned practitioner, Leah offers personalized instruction and modifications to meet you where you are on your journey.
Using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you'll explore a variety of aerial poses and flows designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. From inversions and backbends to graceful transitions and creative sequences, you'll discover new ways to move and express yourself in the air.
As you fly, flip, and float through the fabric, you'll cultivate trust in yourself and in the support of the hammock, allowing you to explore your edges with confidence and grace.
