Take your aerial practice to new heights with our Level 2 Aerial Hammock Acrobatics class led by the skilled instructor Leah. In this exhilarating 60-minute session, experienced aerialists will delve deeper into the world of aerial acrobatics, refining their technique, building strength, and expanding their repertoire of dynamic movements.  

Under Leah's expert guidance, participants will explore more advanced aerial hammock poses, transitions, and sequences, challenging their bodies and minds in exciting new ways. From daring drops and intricate wraps to fluid spins and creative sequences, each class offers a thrilling opportunity to push past limits and unlock your full potential as an aerialist.  

With a focus on safety and proper technique, Leah will provide detailed instruction and personalized feedback to help participants refine their skills and execute movements with precision and grace. Whether you're looking to master challenging poses or hone your performance skills, this class offers a supportive environment to explore, experiment, and grow as an aerial artist.  

Participants in this class should have prior experience with aerial hammock and be comfortable with basic climbs, wraps, and inversions. As you advance through the class, you'll cultivate confidence, strength, and artistry, expanding your aerial repertoire and discovering new possibilities in the air.

Class Duration: 60 minutes  

Equipment Needed: Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, no jewelry, zippers, clips or sequins 

 Level: Intermediate/Advanced, prior aerial hammock experience recommended
