About the event
In this 2 day Introductory Lyra clinic students will learn Lyra theory, Master safe mounts and dismounts on the Lyra, learn basic Lyra grips, holds, skills, hoop and floor conditioning for the lyra. Participants will have priority enrollment into Level 2 Lyra Skills course.
