About the event
Aerial Foundations is a prerequisite to this Workshop. Learn Introductory Lyra theory, Master safe mounts and dismounts on the Lyra, basic Lyra grips and holds and practice Lyra conditioning. Participants will get priority enrollment into Lyra Skills Course.
