In this introductory class, you'll embark on an exhilarating journey as you learn the fundamentals of Lyra technique and build the strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to navigate the hoop with grace and ease. Under Amber's expert guidance, you'll receive personalized instruction and hands-on assistance to help you master basic mounts, poses, and transitions, while developing body awareness and aerial skills.
