About the event

Indulge in the blissful tranquility of our Gentle Restorative Yoga Series, a nurturing oasis for all ages and levels. This soothing class invites you to unwind, relax, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit through gentle yoga postures and deep relaxation techniques.  

Led by our compassionate founder and veteran yoga teacher of 20+ years, Katelyn, each session of this 60-minute series is carefully curated to offer a sanctuary from the stresses of daily life. You'll be guided through a sequence of restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to fully surrender into each posture and release tension from the body.  

Designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level, our classes focus on gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi seeking deep relaxation or new to yoga and looking to find ease in your body, you'll find solace and support in our inclusive and welcoming community.  

As you sink into each pose, you'll experience the profound benefits of restorative yoga, including reduced stress, improved sleep, enhanced flexibility, and a sense of inner calm. Through guided meditation and breathwork, you'll cultivate a deep connection to the present moment, nurturing a sense of peace and well-being that extends far beyond the mat.

Class Duration: 60 minutes  

Equipment Needed: Comfortable yoga attire, yoga mat, bolster or pillows, blankets, blocks (optional)  

Level: All ages and levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary
