This class is a mixed apparatus and mixed level self-paced session. Open to Split Silks, Hammock or Lyra all levels. Use this class as an Open Aerial instruction or non instruction class. Perfect for makeup, extra practice or open flow.

To keep our classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: ⏰ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a clinic. Late cancels (within 48 hours) and no-shows will result in the loss of that credit. 💸 Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on classes, clinics, memberships, or packages. However, we’re happy to offer account credit in special circumstances—just reach out!
